Phu My Ultra Clear Float Glass Co., LTD was established on March 9, 2017, based on investment cooperation by “Three Big Brothers” which were Viglacera Corporation – JSC; IDICO Corporation – JSC and Triumph Science and Technology Group Co., LTD. Phu My Ultra Clear Float Glass Factory has a designed capacity of 1500 tons of molten glass per day and being invested into two phases: The capacity of the first phase is 600 tons per day and the second phase is 900 tons per day. The factory’s products meet the JC/T 2001-2009 Standards for Ultra Clear Glass and EN 572-2 Standard for Float Glass.
With these standards, our products are able to meet the standard for producing not only solar panel but also for high-tech glass such as Low-E Glass, Solar Control Glass, Reflective Glass, Silver Mirror... Besides investing in a synchronous and modern production line to manufacture high-quality products, diversified in types and features, PFG also has a team of young, dynamic and professional staff is willing to satisfy every increasing and diverse demand of Customer. With the design of the underground furnace, the furnace of Phu My Ultra Clear Float Glass Factory is currently applying the most advanced design of the world's float glass production technology. This is the first and only float glass production line in Vietnam today that is designed and invested to build according to underground furnace technology. The production processes of Phu My ultra clear float glass production line from Raw Material Analyzing, Loading and Mixing; Melting; Annealing; Cutting and Packaging to Quality Control stage are invested with European standard equipment with high synchronization and automation, minimizing human impact, so the PFG’s glass product has high quality and stability.

How about the approximate quantity? c. Do you have any special requirement like drill holes, cut notches, cutouts, acid etched, silkscreen? d. When do you need the glass?
2. How can you make sure the glass won't broken during transportation? For all the glass from Phu My Company , we will pack them by strong export plywood crates and load the crates into container with metal belt as stable as possible. If unfortunately by accident, the glass broken, we will have insurance to cover the risk, because for all the glass from our company, we will purchase the insurance to cover all the risk for customers freely.
3. Can you accept small quantity? Yes, but the price will be a little higher, because it needs to share more cost like depreciation of machinery and local charges.
4. Can you mix different glass in one container? Yes, we could mix different glass in one container.
