These are wood molds for pressed sushi, Japanese oshizushi. The product name is Pressed Sushi Mold.

Our wood molds allows you to make pressed sushi easily. Put rice in the box, add your desired stuff like raw fish, shrimp & avocado, and Yuk Hwe & sesame seeds, and then apply pressure evenly. Slits on the wall of the box are useful to cut it into bite-sizes. 

Made of thick cypress and spruce, the molds are difficult to break. They consist of three parts, bottom, wall, and lid so that you can keep them clean as you can wash and dry each part separately. Pressed Sushi Mold is available in 11 types to satisfy various needs.
