6. Payment: 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight.

7. Shipment: At least 30days from the date of receiving accepted L/C and vessel nomination.

8. Port of Loading: 1SAP Hon Gai, Vietnam.

9. Loading rate: 8,000tons PWWD SSHINC.

10. DEM/DES: to be discussed and agreed upon vessel nomination.

11. Inspection: SGS in Vietnam at loading port is final.

12. Other conditions:

+ L/C to be issued within 05 days after signing contract/order confirmation.

+ LC issuing bank must be approved by the seller prior to LC opening.

+ Vessel nomination and schedule: to be accepted by the seller.
