6./ Payment: 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight.

7./ Shipment: At least 20days from the date of receiving accepted L/C and vessel nomination

9./ Loading rate: 5000tons PWWD SSHINC.

10./ Inspection: SGS in Vietnam at loading port is final.

11./ Other conditions:

+ L/C to be issued within 05 days after signing contract/order confirmation.

+ LC issuing bank must be approved by the seller prior to LC opening.

+ Vessel nomination and schedule: to be accepted by the seller.
