WHAT IS BIOLOGICAL PLASTIC?
Biodegradable plastic ( bioplastic ) is a material that is able to decompose into water, CO2 and biomass components under theinfluence of the environment and microorganisms. With the goal of increasing the degradability of traditional (petroleum-based)
plastics, starch is mixed with petroleum-based resins. The purpose of mixing is to reduce the petroleum composition, increase the
biodegradability of the compound product , thereby limiting the pollution from non-biodegradable plastic waste.
We have:
1. BIO-P:
+ Ingredients include 40% starch and 60% primary PP plastic.
+Applications in industry packaging and plastic products used 1 times (knives, spoons, forks, cups, straws (straight / twisted), trays, boxes, nonwovens, packaging tablets coffee bags Vacuum).
2. BIO-E:
+ The composition includes 40% starch and 60% virgin PE plastic.
+Application in packaging and coating film (T-shirt bag, shrink film, agricultural mulch)
+Applications in industry packaging and plastic products used 1 times (knives, spoons, forks, cups, straws (straight / twisted), trays, boxes, nonwovens, packaging tablets coffee bags Vacuum).
2. BIO-E:
+ The composition includes 40% starch and 60% virgin PE plastic.
+Application in packaging and coating film (T-shirt bag, shrink film, agricultural mulch)
