PTC Film is our Positive Coefficient Temperature film. This film protects from overheating by adding a special quality to the carbon paste used in the film. 

The PTC film regulates itself and does not exceed the power of the carbon paste. 

 

Standard film does not offer the safety that the PTC film can provide.

The expansion and contraction of the carbon paste allows for a safety switch to keep temperatures from overheating in a certain area.
