Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A1. We are a manufacturer. Our factory address is S.R No. 562 At shapar, Jetpar road, Morbi, Gujarat(INDIA).

Q2. Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
A2. Yes, free sample is available by freight payable at your cost.

Q3. How do you ensure the quality of products?
A3. QC of the factory check the quality when producing the tile. The QC team from the export department will check the quality again before loading. And the High solution detailed photos would be sent to you.

Q4. How about your payment terms?
A4. T/T (30% deposit, the balance need to be paid off before loading)L/C

Q5. When can you deliver the goods?
A5. Our factory have stock for Mostly 80% products, we can deliver them within 7 days, if not, will be 15~20 days after getting the deposit.

Q6. Can you provide quality inspection certificate?
A6. Sure, our company had been export to many countries and regions, we are experienced in dealing with import certificate, such as SGS, BV, TUV etc.

Q7. Can you offer me a forwarder of shipping company?
A7. No problem. We have cooperated agent of shipping company for long time. Please kindly tell your destination port and we will offer you the detailed information.

Q8. How to place the order?
A8. You can send email to us, it would be better including more details for following your request, such as size, type, quantity, material, etc, then we can make proforma invoice for the order.

Q9 Can you do OEM?
A9. Yes, OEM is highly welcome, also can make your special package and your logo on the box if your quantity is enough.
