Q2: Which items can be customized? We have our own factory, so most of items can be customized. Or customer can tell us your requirements, we will confirm you online.
Q3: How to pack the products? - Normal paper package+EPE foam+Carton angle protection, used for cabinets, wood coffee table, wood dining table, bed, and other wood furniture, Wooden package is used for marble and glass furniture; - Transparent plastic bag+EPE foam+ Carton angle protection+ Woven bag is used for sofa. Wooden woven bag package is used for some special sofa.
Q4: When the goods can be delivered after the order is placed? - Normally, goods will be delivered ASAP if we have stock. Otherwise, the lead time is 10-30 days according to your quantity. - Customized goods need 30-45 days to finish. According to the quantity, the exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q5: What kind of payment terms are accepted? - T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) - L/C (Letter of Credit)
