Description
EPOXY FLOOR TOPCOAT ET5660 is a two-component, polyamide cured epoxy resin based paint with high gloss. It forms hard and tough film with excellent adhesion and resistance to water, alkalies, abrasion and impact.

Feature
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
a. Finish and Color Gloss. Green, Grey. Other colors are available on request.
b. Drying Time: 16hrs (dry through at30 ºC/ 86 ºF)
c. Solids by Volume Approx. 50%.
d. Spreading Rate(Theoretical) 10㎡/L in 50 microns dry film thickness on a smooth surface.
e. Specific Gravity 1.2 - 1.3 (Kg/L)(Mixed) according to color. f. Flash Point 4 ºC/ 39 ºF
APPLICATION DETAILS
a. Surface Preparation Remove any oil and grease from surface to be coated. Do not apply coating unless concrete has cured at least 28 days at 20ᴼC/68ᴼF and below 80% R.H or equivalent. Moisture content of the concrete surface must be below 6%.
b. Preceding coat Epoxy F.C PRIMER EP118 or according to specification
c. Application Conditions Do not apply when the temperature is less than 4ᴼC/39ᴼF, and relative humidity is above 85%. The surface temperature must be at least 3ᴼC(5ᴼF) above dew point to prevent condensation.
d.Mixing PTA: PTB = 2 : 1 ( by volume) PTA: PTB = 3.1 : 1 ( by weight ) Mix thoroughly together prior to application in the proportion as delivered Mix only the amount which can be used within pot life.
e. Thinning THINNER No. 024 (Thinning ratio : Max.10% by volume) Do not dilute components separately, only the mixture. f. Method of Application Brush, Roller or Spray(air or airless) application.
g. Film Thickness Recommended per coat 50 microns dry 2 coats are recommended
