  • Fill the Filler Bag(s) up with sand, dirt, pea gravel, etc.
  
  
  • Place Filler Bag(s) in Fitness Sandbag
  
  
  • Close the Sandbag’s YKK zipper all the way shut
  
  
  • Get to work.
