Q1. What is your terms of packing? A: Normally we pack our goods in Plastic bags and cartons. We can also make special packing with your name and logo on each packing and also print your logo on boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: For sample order and small orders we receive 100% advance and for large orders we receive 50% in advance and remaing 50% before delivery. We can show the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? A: FOB, C&F CIF and so on.
Q4. How about your delivery time? A: Normally it will take 35 to 55 days after receiving advance payment.The specific delivery time on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? A: Yes of course we can produce products as per your samples or technical drawings.
Q6. What is your sample policy? A:We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample and the courier cost.
