Description:
The ready-to-use complex additive "Fortrise" Aero 200 is used in the production of: paving slabs, curbstones, trays and other products made of rigid mixtures by semi-dry vibropressing, production of polystyrene concrete, expanded clay concrete, as well as masonry and plaster solutions. When manufacturing products on a vibrating press, the molding time is reduced, the quality of the front surface and geometry is improved, adhesion to equipment parts is eliminated, the frost resistance mark increases, the uniformity of the concrete mixture increases. It is used as an air-entrapping component in the production of Polystyrene concrete, expanded clay concrete. The additive does not affect the coloring of products. The additive can be used in ordinary concrete mixes to increase the brand of frost resistance, including in conjunction with the use of any types of plasticizing additives from Fort. For example, commercial concrete mixes with an increased brand of frost resistance. "Fortrise" Aero 200 is a mixture of anionic surfactants and auxiliary components. It is produced only in liquid form.
The use of the "Fortrise" Aero 200 will allow:
- reduce the amount of water in the mixture without compromising the formability; - get cement savings of 10 to 15% or more (with a reduction in mixing water); - reduce the time and energy consumption for forming products; - improve the structure of the concrete mix, the brand of frost resistance and water resistance; - increase the surface quality of products.

Packaging, storage and transportation:
Cans, barrels, Eurocubes 1000 liters. It is transported by any means of transport. The product belongs to moderately dangerous substances. Non-flammable and explosion-proof substance. Store in the unopened original packaging, protecting from direct sunlight at a temperature not lower than +5 °C. In case of freezing, place in a warm room for slow thawing. After thawing, mix gently. The shelf life is 12 months. from the date of manufacture (see the date in the quality certificate). Do not pour the remaining additives into the soil and water bodies.
Application:
"Fortrise" Aero 200 is a ready-to-use product. Do not add it to the dry mixture. The additive should be administered together with the mixing water (preferably with the last part of the water). After administration, it is recommended to ensure sufficient mixing time for the distribution of the additive in the mixture. The additive is compatible with other types of concrete additives.When changing the inert or binding materials of the concrete mixture, it is recommended to adjust the composition of the mixture in the laboratory.

Recommended dosages
The dosage of the additive is carried out according to the liquid substance, it is not necessary to transfer it to the amount of dry additive! 
Semi-dry vibropressing: 0.08 – 0.15% by weight of cement. Commercial concrete mixes: 0.1 – 0.2% by weight of cement.
Polystyrene concrete, Expanded clay concrete: 0.1 – 0.15% by weight of cement. When determining the optimal dosage for each specific production, further dosing of the additive should be carried out with the maximum possible accuracy. 
When changing the inert or binding agents of the concrete mixture, it is recommended to adjust the composition of the mixture in the laboratory.
Application
It is recommended to introduce the "Fortrise" Aero 200 additive into the concrete mixture together with the mixing water (with the last part of it) or pre-mix with the full volume of water. Do not add it to the dry mixture. After being introduced into the concrete mixture, it is recommended to ensure sufficient mixing time for an even distribution of the additive. ​In the manufacture of homogeneous products, it is necessary to adhere to a single method of introducing the additive, a single dosage and the same composition of the mixture.

DESIGN AND SELECTION OF THE COMPOSITION OF CONCRETE WITH AN ADDITIVE
The selection of the composition of concrete with an additive is made by adjusting the designed and selected composition of concrete without an additive and should ensure the required strength and other performance characteristics with minimal cement consumption. At the same time, it is recommended to carry out work in accordance with GOST 2700-86 Concretes. Rules for selecting the composition.Adjustment of the composition of concrete with an additive should be made in relation to a specific technology for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures, depending on the required technical and economic effect. Prototypes of concrete should be made on factory materials and harden in conditions as close as possible to production ones.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALS
for the preparation of concretes with an additive, it is recommended to use additive-free cements and cements of groups 1 and 2 that meet the requirements of GOST 10178, as well as sulfate-resistant and pozzolan cements according to GOST 22266and other special cements according to the current technical conditions. When using plasticized cements, additional laboratory tests must be performed.
The water used for the manufacture of concrete with an additive and for the care of them must comply with GOST 23732.For light concrete, materials according to GOST 9757 and GOST 25820 should be used as large aggregates. As fine aggregates for heavy concrete, it is recommended to use sands according to GOST 8736.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS WHEN WORKING WITH THE ADDITIVE
The additive "Fortrise" Aero 200 is a low-hazard substance and belongs to the 4th hazard class according to GOST 12.1.008. It does not emit harmful substances or vapors during storage. The introduction of an additive into the concrete mixture does not change the toxicological and hygienic characteristics of concrete. Hardened concrete with an addition to the air environment does not emit toxic substances.The additive is NOT explosive and fire-hazardous. If the "Fortrise" Aero 200 additive gets into food, on the skin and on the mucous membranes of the visual organs, it is necessary to thoroughly rinse with running water. When working with the additive, personal protective equipment should be used in accordance with GOST 12.4.103 and GOST 12.4.011.
Do not pour the remaining additives into the sewer. Disposal is carried out in accordance with the legislation.
