Product Description

Carboxyl PK-2U
Carboxyl PK-2U is a superplasticizing and super water-reducing additive with the effect of accelerating the concrete hardening process in accordance with GOST 24211-08. This additive is made on the basis of polycarboxylate polymers and a complex strength gain accelerator. It does not contain components that contribute to the formation of reinforcement corrosion. Carboxyl PK-2U makes it possible to obtain concretes with high mobility of the mixture, but with a low water-cement ratio. It allows you to reduce the time or completely abandon the vibration treatment of the mixture when forming products, reduce the time of heat treatment (TVO), significantly improve the appearance and geometry of finished products and increase the final strength without increasing the amount of cement laid.

Scope of application:
The additive Carboxyl PK-2U is intended for the manufacture of w / concrete elements and structures (including those with prestressed reinforcement), self-compacting and self-leveling homogeneous mixtures at enterprises producing precast reinforced concrete, the construction of monolithic densely reinforced structures, etc.

The additive Carboxyl PK-2U does not contain substances that contribute to the corrosion of the reinforcement and the appearance of efflorescence.

Company Profile

The company "Fort"
In the world construction practice, the proportion of concrete containing additives is steadily increasing. In Russia, this figure is more than 80%. Today, chemical additives are used in all concrete production technologies, and also contribute to the emergence of new technologies that are simply impossible to implement without additives. At the same time, the most promising direction is the use of complex additives, which have several components in their composition that complement each other and improve the properties of concrete. The main issue that has to be solved when creating such modifiers is the selection of the optimal combination of components.

Today, the company "Fort" is one of the main and experienced players in the Russian market of concrete additives. Since 2004, Fort has been developing, testing, manufacturing and selling high-quality products. Many developments are carried out with the participation of specialists from construction and transport institutes (NIIZHB G.Moscow, PGUPS g.St. Petersburg, etc.), and the production is carried out on modern automated equipment by specialists with a high degree of training. Deep knowledge of the market, many years of experience in creating and developing production, multiplied by the scientific potential of Russian scientists, allow us to successfully solve the problem of producing products that are in demand by the huge construction industry.

Products
Fort additives are distinguished not only by the variety of areas of use, but also by their simplicity, safety and ease of use. And, as a rule, at an acceptable price, not to the detriment of the quality and efficiency of their use. A significant part of Fort's products are multifunctional complexes, which include components that have long been widely known to concrete workers around the world. Their properties have been studied and confirmed by many decades of application practice on construction sites of the USSR and the CIS, as well as other countries. The researchers were primarily concrete scientists of the former USSR and the CIS (F. Ivanov M., Batrakov V. G., Bazhenov Yu. M., etc.) The Fort company cooperates with some of them during the development of chemical additive compositions.

Product sales and customer service
A well-thought-out sales and dealer policy, a wide coverage of the regions of Russia and the CIS, ensure the delivery of Fort products to end consumers with minimal costs. The priority value in the company's development strategy is occupied by attentive and painstaking work with each client (selection of the necessary additives and further technical support by our specialists).
