Made with strong fabric carcass layer inside and heat resistance cover rubber , widely used in cement field to transport heat clinker; in chemicals, raw materials, building material field, Bitume, Asphalt, etc
Heat resistant conveyor belt made by 75 Rubber Company are divided into heat resistant grades as follows
- Heat resistant up to 1000C
- Heat resistant up to 1500C
- Heat resistant up to 1800C

Structure of the product
Strong fabric carcass layers: synthetic fabrics such as EP imported with high tensile strength in warps, low elongation, good resilience in wefts, good in adhesion, heat resistance and humidity resistant.
Cover rubber: a mixture with synthetic rubber base and high heat resistant chemicals. This mixture have high heat resistance, does not directly catch fire. Besides, it keeps necessary properties of cover rubber (hardness, tensile strength, elongation, resilience, tear resistance, pH resistance, climate resistance ...)
