 What is Chuhai 

Chuhai, short for ‘shochu highball’, is a type of alcoholic drink that originated in Japan.

It is made from shochu (Japanese alcohol made from barley, rice, and sweet potato), carbonated soda, and fruity flavors such as lime, peach, and grapefruit. It has a relatively low alcohol content, usually between 2-9%
