Product Description

Our GABA rice, also called germinated or sprouted rice, is produced following a traditional process. We sprout paddy (unmilled) rice, after which it is then parboiled and dried, before dehusking it in the rice mill. Through this basic germination process, the nutritional value is boosted, especially Gama-aminobutyric acid (GABA), while phytic acid is reduced and the rice grain is made more easily digestible. Our GABA rice is made from pure red Hom Mali 105 (Thai jasmine rice), resulting in a rich aroma and delicious flavour. It is an excellent healthy rice choice for both adults and children.
