The stand is designed for disassembly and assembly of wheels of quarry equipment (BelAZ vehicles and others) with tires 21.00-35, 24.00-35, 27.00-49, 33.00-51, 40.00-57.
The stand consists of a base on which the complete wheel is installed, a control panel, five hydraulic cylinders (one pressure and four support), a pressure and support plates. Since the tire changer can service several types of wheels, adapter plates are provided in the stand design.
Hydraulic cylinders are the main executive bodies of this stand. Support and pressure plates are installed on the rods of the hydraulic cylinders. A complete wheel is installed on the base plate for further disassembly / assembly.
The pressure plate is used directly for assembly and disassembly of the wheel. The pressure plate and the base plate are permanently located on the hydraulic cylinder rods.
Before installing the complete wheel on the stand, it is necessary to install the adapter plate corresponding to the wheel to be installed. Then the complete wheel is mounted on the base plate.
After that, by the joint movement of the pressure and support plates, first the locking ring is dismantled, then the removable landing ring, then the bead ring and at the end - the tires.
Disassembly and assembly time of the tire is 20 minutes.
The construction of the stand is floor-based, the delivery set includes a mobile overpass.
A suspension for gripping the wheels can be supplied with the stand (on request).
