Air kaol® is the world's first towel made of Super Zero®, a magical yarn twisting private technique that we developed. We have obtained patents in Japan, USA, China, and Europe and several awards and atopic dermatitis certificate in Japan. Because of the excellent water absorption that Super Zero® possesses, the towels can absorb 60% more water than normal towels. Also, the voluminous towels do not shed easily, and even being washed over and over, they could still stay in their original touch.
Super Zero® Magic Yarn Twisting
1. The cotton thread is twisted in the opposite direction of the water-soluble thread (blue one is the water-soluble thread)
2. Weaved into the towel's fibers
3. Dissolving only the water-soluble thread
4. Gaps in the thread form expansions
The expansions formed provides a fluffy finish and the gaps in the thread increase the water absorption of the towels.

Because Air kaol's hair drying towels absorb water rapidly, they can decrease the friction that towels may cause to the hair, and therefore help smooth hair cuticles. (see below comparison)
Blow drying time is reduced as well, and this can save the hair from the damage by the heat.

Special Organic Cotton
1. Defoliants, herbicides, insecticides, and chemical fertilizers were not used in the production process and the cotton is all handpicked. (Organic farm in existence for ten years)
2. Thin cotton fibers make a softer towel.
3. Because of the long cotton fibers, less lint is created.
Blessed with the water from the Kisosansen Rivers, at one time, the Gifu and Bishu areas had several yarn twisting and spinning mill factories gathered together.
In 1967, the Asano Nenshi was established and from the cultivation and excellence of roughly 50 years, the yarn twisting techniques, despite using extremely difficult to handle thread materials, produced Japan's leading superb yarn twisting factories.
