Chagashi Traditional Japanese Snack Chestnut & Bean Sweets
"Tamba Kuro So Honpo Nakamuraya" was founded in 1971 as a store specializing in Amanatto in Kyoto.
Kyo Amanatto is a unique method that makes the best use of the flavor of the ingredients, and the sweetness is modestly softly cooked.
"Hannari Kyoto Amanattou" have 4 types, chestnut Amanattou, Tanba Amanattou, chestnut and Tanba Amanattou mix and Edamame Amanattou.
In order to maximize the taste of the ingredients, we use only sugar without adding additives.
While squeezed beans are currently the mainstream for black soybeans, we dare to choose the usual processing method for manattou and finish it much softer and tastier than squeezed beans.
As for chestnuts, Amanatto uses chestnuts that other companies do not handle. We use cracked chestnuts that are generated during processing of Kanro-ni, so you can enjoy the flavor of chestnuts as well as whole products while keeping the price down.
