Q2: What's your delivery term?
A2: We quote and deliver on the term of FOB Huangpu or Shenzhen (except EXW term for small orders). Of course, CIF, C&F or even door to door is acceptable, so we will check and quote shipping cost additionally.

Q3: How long is the lead time?
A3: Generally 2 weeks. If any urgent orders for projects, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver faster. But for OEM orders, lead time would be little longer on the first order since we need more time to communicate the requirements and confirm artworks...

Q4: How do you pack my goods to ensure intactness in the course of transportation?
A4: We always take care of our products and pack them properly! For example, we use strong carton box (export carton) stuffing with enough foam bubble and inner boxes for air shipment or express, and optional pallet packing could be used for LCL sea shipment for better protection.

Q5: How about the warranty and after-sales service?

A5: Our warranty is two years, but considering the long transit time to overseas customers, we offer three years warranty. For any problems (non-human induced), we shall provide you free spare parts and instruction for repair.
