About Us
The history of the company started in 1954. It was constructed within two years in Bezhitsky district of Bryansk town. The first technological operations were manual. Since then factory has been developing fast:
there appeared elementary mechanization of labor work, manual work was replaced with the chain conveyor, the oven was switched over to natural gas. Due to such modernization the assortment of sugar cookies has been significantly expanded and the production of butter biscuits and wafers was launched.
The Bezhitsa biscuit-making factory has been transformed to the Bryansk confectionary in 1975. At the beginning of 1980 there was a well-grounded, intensive and directional reconstruction of the factory. Candy and biscuit departments as well as preparation and prescription ones were launched.
In 1993 the factory got the status of the open joint stock company and its current name-“Bryankonfi”. The next fifteen years were marked with the rapid factory modernization. Wafers, candies and cookies production lines were installed. In the meantime the logistics complex was being constructed; sales geography was expanded. All those factors allowed to increase competitiveness and to enlarge distribution area.
2016. "Bryankonfi" is moving beyond what has already been achieved. The new industrial complex has been put into operation. The line of manufacturing products has been expanded due to the start of the composite cookies production line.
