High Quality Rice Noodle/ Pho from Vietnam

Rice noodles are made from rice starch and water. They are versatile, quick to cook and convenient . They can be used in pretty much all traditional Asian recipes, for both vegetarian and non-veggie dishes.

Rice noodles can contribute to delivering a stable food with high nutritional values and desirable eating qualities.
Our product, DRIED BANH PHO, is very convenient, you can store them in your pantry and they taste nearly as good as fresh.




DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dried rice noodles can be served with broth or used for dishes involving pan frying or stir-frying.
Instructions:

1. Soak dried rice noodles (pho noodles) in cold water for 15-30 minutes, then put them into boiling water for 3 minutes. Take noodles out and keep them under cool tap water for a couple of minutes to stop them from sticking together.

2. Stir noodles with vegetable oil to make them chewy and delicious.

3. Prepare chicken/ duck/ pork/ beef, etc. broth and pour the soup into rice noodles, making sure that the broth is boiled and hot.

4. Or to make stir-fried rice noodles, stir them with beef, vegetable, spring onion and bean sprouts, adding soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well. Continue to stir fry until the noodles are done.
