Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a gift leading company in Taiwan and have own manufacturer in Shenzhen providing one-stop service from Design, Sourcing, Manufacture to Delivery.
Q: Can you accept customize design or OEM project?
A: Yes, customized order (customer design, instructions, thread organizer etc.) on mass production are available. MOQ is 1000 units/ per design.
Q: What is your Term of Payment?
A: T/T 70% deposit upon Proforma Invoice; 30% balance before shipment.
Q: Do you have a MOA restriction?
A: Yes, our MOA requirement is USD 1,000.
Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.
Q: Do you have distributors in global markets?
A: Yes, we've been selling paper products in global markets including USA, German, UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan…etc.
