Product Description

JEBSEN Super Flex suitable for fixing ceramic wall & floor tiles, Vitrified Homogeneous Tile, Porcelain, Marbles, Granite, Terrazzo, Decorative stone and etc. Suitable to use on wall and floor dry or wet, interior or exterior areas. Improved adhesion strength, workability, flexural strength, durability, extended open time and reduce water permeability.

Great for tiling over existing tile and flexible substrates. More economical and user friendly compared to conventional two component adhesive system.

Preparation

1. The surface to be tiled must be flat, sound and free from oil, grease and dust.

2. Loose, flaking material such as paint droppings, plaster etc., must be removed by wire brushing.

3. Brickwork, concrete or other porous surfaces should be slightly clamped to reduce suction.

Method of Use

1. Add powders to water in a clean vessel and stir continuously until a slump-free mortar is obtained.

2. Apply the adhesive with a suitable tiling trowel.

3. Press tiles firmly into the adhesive bed to ensure good contact with back of each tile. Do not allow adhesive to skin over before tile is applied.

4. For flat surfaces, the adhesive should be applied to a thickness of approximately 3 mm.
