Base : Hardener = 85 : 15 (by wt.) POT LIFE 4 hrs. (Mixture) (25℃)
NOTE
1. Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and
stir thoroughly.
2. Moisture, grease, rust, dirt and loose paints film on substrate must be removed, so are the corrosive salt
particles. As a result, paint performance can be ensured.
3.Using the No.736 thinner to avoid bubble and pin-hold.
4. Hardener
must be tightly closed to avoid reaction with moisture in air to form bubbles and gelation.
5. Attention to the pot life. 6.
Strictly controlling application, not to exceed 50 μ per coat, to avoid bubble formation.
7. All equipment must be cleaned
immediately after use.
8. Do not using No.1202 primer.
