726 POLYURETHANE COATING, COLORS
NO No.726~730 & No.745 (UP-04) TYPE Two-pack, polyurethane finish enamel based on Aliphatic Polyisocyanate Hardener with weather
resistant Resins and non-yellowing Pigments.
USES Topcoat for steel structure for vehicles, bridges, ships, power plant, oil
refineries, pulp factory, chemical plant, and wooden metal FRP products, etc.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. High gloss with excellent
appearance.
2. Excellent resistance to weathering with gloss retention.
3. Excellent resistance to oil, acids, alkali solvents and
corrosive salt.
4. Excellent hardness, adhesion and abrasion resistance.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.
MIXING RATIO
Base : Hardener = 85 : 15 (by wt.) POT LIFE 4 hrs. (Mixture) (25℃)
NOTE
1. Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and
stir thoroughly.
2. Moisture, grease, rust, dirt and loose paints film on substrate must be removed, so are the corrosive salt
particles. As a result, paint performance can be ensured.
3.Using the No.736 thinner to avoid bubble and pin-hold.
4. Hardener
must be tightly closed to avoid reaction with moisture in air to form bubbles and gelation.
5. Attention to the pot life. 6.
Strictly controlling application, not to exceed 50 μ per coat, to avoid bubble formation.
7. All equipment must be cleaned
immediately after use.
8. Do not using No.1202 primer.
