‘Chungnam Laver Fisheries Cooperative’ accounts for more than 40% of Korea’s total dried laver production and is steadily growing.
It is a special corporation composed of 32 cooperatives, which account for more than $200 million in annual exports. A total of 48
processing lines can produce 36.17 million (100 Sheets) of laver with the largest annual production capacity of 170 billion won.
