SINGLE JERSERY COMPUTERIZED JACQUARD KNITTING MACHINE
(&OPEN WIDTH)
● The machine selects needles in cylinder and capable of  knitting various  unlimited fashionable jacquard patterns. The selection unit can select  needles for Three Technical Way of knitting, including knit, tuck and float, Diverse complicated jacquard pattern  can simply be realized by transferred into specific instructions by cyber aided pattern system accurately and systematically. These instructions control knitting machine cyber-solenoids to knit single jersey jacquard fabric.
 
● Precise encoder can accurately calculate the position and calibration position of needles, as well as automatically calibrate any error for the inertia caused by turning on or off the machine. In addition, a detector is added to assist zero position calibration for accuracy of selection, thus the control system can check the encoder and the propriety of signal to ensure the total stability of the system.
 
● This machine is used to produce single jacquard fabric and net jacquard fabric widely, which could be used to produce cothes underwears, or ornamental clothes.
