Tom Yum chili paste (Nam Prik Pao Tom Yum) is an important ingredient for making Tom Yum Kung soup. The paste is made with galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime, shallot, garlic, chili, sugar, salt. The taste is a blend of spicy, sweet, salty, umami with a slight sourness. We can make it with or without fish sauce. Our Thai chili paste is peanut free.
