MACHINE FEATURES
OPEN WIDTH SINGLE JERSEY CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE
● The special take down device of the machine can fix the tension of the machine so as to extend the life time of the needles.
● Uniform fabric density is guarantee in all parts of the fabric rolls, no matter in the start or the end of the fabric rolls.
● This machine is equipped with scale, you can keep record when manufacturing.When produce same specification fabric, you can take previous record as reference.
● Adjustable fabric spreader is equipped with this machine so as to spread and adjust angles between the fabric roll and spreader according to the fabric features.
● G Synchronously winding and rolling of the fabric to make sure the fabric is rolled in uniform tension, so as to avoid uneven marks on the fabric.
● The roll of the take down device is easy to take off when the winding and rolling is finished.
● Safety stop motion is equipped. When the open of the roll is not completely finished, the stop motion will be activated.
● This machine is specially suitable for stretch fabric manufacturing.
● Applicable raw materials: cotton, chemical fiber, blended yarn, silk and human-made wool.
● The number of superfine needles above 32G is suitable for chemical fibre varieties below 50D and more than 80 cotton yarns. Spandex can be added. The fabric has the characteristics of light weight, elegance and fineness, and is suitable for high-grade clothing fabrics.
