SWEET POTATO CHIP
Our chips are made from 100% fresh Sweet Potatoes , retain the original color, shape and taste of raw materials in a good appearance.
Our method for manufacturing dried sweet potato chips starts by comprising heating raw sweet potatoes at a temperature ranging from 70° to 100° C. to adjust hardness of the sweet potatoes and then slicing the heated sweet potatoes to a desired thickness. The sweet potato slices are further subjected to a second heat treatment to convert starches present there in to α-starches and dehydrate dried and freezing to obtain dried sweet potato chips edible as a snack food.
