100% organic well selected Yuzu from Kasagi. Since there’s a big day-night temperature difference in Kasagi. This weather allows Yuzu grow slowly, so that it could produce more rich natural fructose, more thick flesh, more juicy, and more refreshing sore scent and taste. It is in a perfect score.
Yuzu soaked in Ginshu came from Gifu, one of Japan’s four major wine regions. Due to the cold and pure climate in winter in Gifu and adding one of the 50 famous soft waters, *Ginjo-zukuri Ginshu is well produced.
Yuzushu has fresh acidity and has no bitterness and astringency of strong pressure form the machine. It is infused with honey instead of sugar; the sweet of honey and the fresh acidity of Yuzu matches with a delicious proportion.
