Jaeger Stamping Fluid S-807
Jaeger S-807 is a cutting and stamping fluid, formulated with refined de-sulphurised solvent and special extreme pressure additives. It provides rapid evaporation, excellent lubricity, rust resistance and effective cooling properties, designed for the medium duty process of hard alloy such as stainless steel.
S-807 forms a protective film on metal surface after the evaporation to prevent corrosion. The product can enhance the efficiency of cutting and stamping, improve the surface finish of work-pieces and extend the service life of tools.
Applications
Jaeger S-807 is designed for stamping and cutting (thickness is not exceeding 1mm) of stainless steel, electrolytic sheet, brass, phosphor bronze and other high strength materials and for other medium duty stamping operations. It is not recommended for processing aluminium materials.
