Description
A delicious, creamy and delicate cold pressed olive oil with a dense consistency and an enduring flavour. Seggiano founders Peri Eagleton and David Harrison bottle a special Monte Amiata single estate organic oil each year. Their 2020 bottling is the monocultivar Olivastra Seggianese extra virgin olive oil from Podere Anteata and the 2021 bottling will be from their own organic Olivastra Seggianese olives.
Best enjoyed as a raw dressing on vegetables, white fish, potatoes or pasta and combined with delicate flavours.
