The family which makes it has an impressive pedigree dating back five hundred years as millers of excellent olive oils. Cold extracted from Coratina and Ogliarola olives, its taste opens with notes of grass and bitter herbs, the creamy texture on the palate expands to nutty almond flavours with hints of apple and a decisive but balanced pepper finale.
