MATERIAL
Seagrass, scientifically known as Lepironia articulata, is a common type of grass in Vietnam.
Local farmers harvest this grass in riverbank areas, bundle it, and dry it. When dried, seagrass exhibits a distinctive yellow color and a light fragrance.
We purchase this dried seagrass and meticulously process it, removing any fibers that do not meet our standards.
Our skilled artisans then hand-knitting 100% of the material into hats.
After knitting, the Straw hats are shaped using hot molds and imprinted with logos using heat transfer printing in ribbon.
Finally, each hat undergoes thorough testing and packaging before being dispatched.

A:Product MOQ is 1000 PCS for customized and normal products.
