Backing Paper Process | Our backing paper uses non-coated basic paper made by imported pure wood pulp, with a weight of 150 gsm. | |||
Coating Process | Use slot coating method, go through 5 times coating process + post correction and curing treatment to ensure the stability of paper batches, flatness and high standard. |
Step 1：Print the image
Step 2：Dry the ink by nature or by hair drier.
Step 3：Spray the gloss oil on the pattern surface evenly.
Step 4：Soak it in water for about 30-50 seconds.
Step 5：Place the wet paper on ideal position and remove the backing paper slowly.
Step 6：Remove water or air bubble underneath gently.
Step 7：Bake in the oven for 10-15 min at the temperature of 150℃ or leave it dry naturally for 3days
