Can I make a custom sock? What is your MOQ?
We are capable of making custom socks with small-volume production of a wide range of different items. Negotiable depending on design complexity.
Where are your socks made?
Our socks are 100% made in Taiwan. Welcome to visit our office and factory to know more.
Do you have any sample policy?
OEM samples are free of charge for up to 1-2 items per color, style, size. It takes around 7-10 working days, the usual turnaround for sample production. But delivery freight costs to be collected from customers.
Any additional service?
We have been trying an effort to assist customers with value-added service. That's why we support flexible MOQ and FOC place making fees for some simple designs. Then you may ask..how about packing? For sure we also support sourcing the custom-made box/bag just exclusive for customers.
How do you ship?
Normally, we ship using the SEA/AIR couriers for formal PO and expressways like UPS / FedEx / DHL / EMS systems for sample delivery. It's always welcome by using your contracted service if necessary.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Lead time on formal order: 30-45 days for new orders, while 25-35 days for re-orders (some are 60 days, eg. tie dying socks or special yarn made socks)
In respect to the payment, what are your payment methods?
a. Alibaba: TT / VISA / e-Checking / Boleto
b. Tele-Transfer to Paultex Taiwan bank account
c. Paypal: Only available for sample and sample delivery charge.
Will you accept Quality inspection?
We accept the 3rd party inspection.
Would you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement so that I further decide to work with you?
Yes. Of course. We would like to sign this to keep our customer's profile, design, and related secrets confidential. Without
customer permission, we never disclose customer designs to the public.
