Coconut in Mekong Delta
Thanks to the special land condition compared to other countries in the world, located at the end of Mekong river downstream and purified by Cuu Long rivers (brackish water), Ben Tre coconut farming land is the alluvium land full of humus and good bacteria. For this reason, the average productivity of Ben Tre reaches to 1.9 tons copra/hectares, which is higher than the average rate of APCC. Oil concentrate in Ben Tre coconut is more than 65%. Moreover, the coconut water is very sweet (brix = 7% - 9%), so it's highly favored.
Leading Technology makes perfect products:
Coconut water and coconut milk factory: Thanh Thanh Cong factory has an area of 7.5 hectares with the capacity of 46 million liters per year. The technological line was imported from Tetra Pak, Sweden which uses direct UHT technology – processing product at high temperature in a very short time (140 - 144°C/4s), preserving the nutrients and fresh flavor of Ben Tre coconuts. The factory has been certified FSSC 22000, BRC, USFDA, HALAL, KOSHER, USDA ORGANIC, EU - ORGANIC, BSCI, ISO 14001:2005, OHSAS 18001:2007.
