2/ FACTORIES
We have four factories with a combined production capacity of approximately 3000 tons per month. Here is a brief overview of each factory:
1. Factory No. 1: Specializing in producing luxury plastic bags with a variety of handles, such as softloop bags, rigid handle bags, blockhead bags, trifold handle bags, die cut, t-shirt bags, wave top bags, and patch handle bags. With a capacity of over 600 tons per month, this factory can print bags in up to 16 colors (with 8 colors on each side), using CMYK and 100% ink coverage.
With 400 workers and a 38,000 square meter facility in the Gian Khau Industrial Zone in Ninh Binh province, Vietnam, this factory is known for its handmade luxury bags.
2. Factory No. 2: This factory focuses on producing t-shirt bags, die cut bags, bags on rolls, flat bags, and stretch film, with a capacity of over 400 tons per month. With 150 workers and a 25,000 square meter facility in the Haiphong industrial zone in Hai Phong city, Vietnam, this factory can print bags in up to 4 colors.
3. Factory No. 3: Specializing in t-shirt bags on rolls, this factory has a capacity of 400 tons per month and 150 workers. The 17,000 square meter facility is located in the Long An industrial zone in Long An province, Vietnam.
4. Factory No. 4: With a focus on t-shirt bags and die cut bags, this factory has a capacity of 800 tons per month and 300
workers. The 15,000 square-meter facility is located in Gia Lam district in Hanoi city, Vietnam.
