Description
Raw and natural honey from the remote wheat plains of central Sicily. Bees collect nectars from the wild carrot flowers - sometimes called Queen Anne's Lace - that flourish after the wheat harvest. Raw carrot makes a luscious, pungent honey, which chrystallises with cooler temperatures.
