Description

I. BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

Our company is specializing in building materials export with main focus on cement. We had made capital contribution to some of cement factories here in Thailand and built long term business relation, thus our services and price are extremely competitive with high quality standard.

We had exported cement of all kinds from 32.5 - 42.5 - 52.5. We do know that your esteemed company is a big company and you are looking for long term partnership for cement supply. We had export our cements (in bulk, in 40 kilo, 50 kilo and jumbo bag, container etc., ) directly or via oversea partners

We hope to have chance to cooperate with you and your esteemed company in supplying cement and other building materials to oversea markets for our mutual benefits.

Cement is the most-widely used construction raw material in the world. Clay, limestone, and marl are the most important raw materials for producing it. When mixed with water, its main role is serving as an adhesive to bind hard rock, sand, and gravel in concrete.

different types our products:

Ordinary Portland Cement

Moderate Sulfate Resistance Cement

High Early Strength Cement

Low Heat Hydration Cement

High Sulfate Resistance Cement

Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC)

White Portland Cement

Portland Cement Type 1 (Ordinary Portland Cement) (OPC):

This grade can be applied for general uses that don’t require any specific properties. They use it for side-walks, tanks, pavements, pipes, floors, bridges, etc. Ordinary Portland is manufactured in three strength levels of 1-325, 1-425, and 1-525. Grades with high resistance (1-425) and (1-525) release more heat during hydration.

Portland Cement Type 2 (Moderate Sulfate Resistance Cement):

This type has moderate resistance against sulfates attacks. Type 2 takes more time than type 1 for hardening, and produces less heat. They use type 2 can for bulk concreting as it produces less heat, and the concreting volume won’t be limited. They can use it for soil and groundwater that have moderate sulfate ions, and also warm weather.

Portland Cement Type 3 (High Early Strength Cement):

Type 3 is almost like type 1 in case of raw materials and ingredients. The difference is that it is more milled, and it gets hardened faster. Type 3 usually gets hardened in one week or less, and its 7-day resistance is almost same as 28-day resistance of type 1. It produces more heat when hardening. It is suitable for quick setting and where formwork needs to be removed. Type 3 is also appropriate for application in cold weather.

Portland Cement Type 4 (Low Heat Hydration Cement):

This grade releases less heat during hydration. Where the heat level matters, this grade has huge consumption. The resistance growth of concretes produced with type 4 is slower. The main application of type 4 is for bulk concrete construction such as dams. They use Cement type 4 in bulk for new concrete control in hot weather above 40C.

Portland Cement Type 5 (High Sulfate Resistant Cement):

Type 5 is almost same as type 2. The only difference is that it has higher resistance against sulfate ions attacks. If the soil or the groundwater includes high amounts sulfate ions, type 5 will be used. Type 5 gets hardened slower than other types, and the 3, 7, and 28 day resistance level of this grade is lower compared to other grades, therefore it is used limited for the structure that require high resistance.

Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC):

Pozzolana is a natural material containing silica. Portland pozzolana consists maximum 15% pozzolana materials. They use Portland pozzolana mainly for general purposes such as making concrete. Low heat during hydration, reducing concrete penetrability, and causing high resistance in rich corrosive materials places are the main reasons that Portland pozzolana is in high demand. It is highly used in hot weather, and in the places including sulfate and chlorine ions.

White Portland Cement (White Cement):

White Portland cement is almost like type 1. The main difference is in color. It is produced by reducing the percentage of metal oxides, primarily iron and manganese. It also requires more ingredients such as pigments in order to produce white color. Therefore, it is more complex and expensive. They use white Portland mainly for facing panels, terrazzo surface, mortar, curtain walls and colored concrete.
