Description
Product Description
UV screen Inks give well balance of gloss and leveling . It can be printed on
surface-treated PC/PS/PVC/PET/ABS substrates with good adhesion.
Pre-treatment of PC/PS/PVC/PET/ABS must be performed by flame treatment
or CORONA-discharge in order to insure the adhesion of UV screen printing ink to the substrate.
Substrates may differ in their chemical structure or method of manufacture.
A test for suitability must always be carried out before printing. Antistatic,
mould release agents and slip additives may have negative effect on adhesion,
and should be detected and removed prior to printing.

Application
Suggested printing conditions:
⊙ The film thickness is about 5~10μm.
⊙ Test prints and approval of the color are recommended for the respective print jobs.
Suggested curing conditions:
⊙ Medium-High pressure mercury lamp (>1500W) with focused reflector.
⊙ The optimum energy output is 200~300mJ/cm2 with 200mW/cm2 effective radiance.
⊙ Low radiation intensity, excessive machine speed or excessive film thickness can have a negative influence on the curing properties and adhesion.
