100 % Cotton Denim (Jean) Fiber Waste
(from Denim Clip Fabric Waste)
The Denim Reprocessed Fiber ( is also commonly referred to as regenerated fiber, reclaimed fiber, or denim cotton shoddy fiber waste) is produced with denim shredded (clips / cutting) from the garment mills.
The majority of recycled cotton is mechanical recycling. The fabric are run through a machine that shreds the fabric into yarn and further into raw fiber.
The main uses of the reprocessed fiber are the stuffed toys and cushion filling, automotive soundproof lining, home soundproofing filling, cleaning cloth; felt shoddy non woven fabric and recycled denim thread.
