Excellent organic KAMUT® khorasan spaghetti made from Italian KAMUT® khorasan wheat. As the story goes, a US airman discovered some ancient grains while based in Egypt in WWII. It's said that the world’s Kamut® Khorasan is grown from those original 36 grains and contains more nutrients than modern wheat strains. This delicious alternative grain pasta may be suitable for those who find modern wheat strains less digestible.
