Used PET flakes bottle washing recycling line is widely used to treat waste PET bottle (like: coke bottles, mineral water bottles….etc.) and any scrap PET plastic broken into flakes. It is a crushing, washing, drying line. After finished, these clean flakes could be produced as fibre , straps and so on.
Process:belt conveyor--- label remover--- select table--- belt conveyor---plastic crusher---friction washer---floating washing tank---screw conveyor --- hot washer--- screw conveyor --- friction washer---floating washing tank--- floating washing tank ---dewatering machine---dryer---label separator--- silo.
