Preparation:
1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
2. Insert PES YEMEN MENDHI into 1300ml water for 1kg rice and heat until boiling, strain the rice and put it into the boiling water.
3. Let the rice dry and add the dye.
4. Cover for 15 minutes and it is ready to serve.
Recipe:
1. Prepare 5 tomatoes, 5 stalks of rice chillies, 2 stalks of parsley leaves and half a teaspoon of salt.
2. Grind the tomatoes until crushed. Then add all the remaining ingredients simultaneously, grind briefly.
3. Ready to serve.
