Compact and space-saving, economic with low cost… DZ-120 is an entry-level module to meet customer’s basic needs in terms of cartoning. Mainly characterized by its entry-level function though, yet DZ-120 series is still a qualified cartoner that runs in a stable and reliable manner and can reach an output of 100PPM depending on the carton size. Functions such as adjustable structure, leaflet filling and unqualified carton elimination are all included.

 

DZ-120 series is our first generation cartoner. With years of proven functions in the market, this is a qualified cartoner to fulfill customer's entry-level cartoning requirements. Though it is considered as a elder generation, all pivotal functions such as

Error Detection and Elimination, Leaflet Filling, HMI, adjustable structure, etc., are incorporated and works just like how new modules in the market do.
