Preparation:
1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
2. Insert PES QATARI MAJBOOS and the prepared sauce into 700ml water for 500g rice and heat until boiling.
3. Strain the rice and put it in the boiling paste.
4. Let the rice dry and add the dye.
5. Cover for 15 minutes and ready to serve.
Recipe:
1. Prepare 5 tomatoes, 5 stalks of rice chillies, 2 stalks of parsley leaves and half a teaspoon of salt.
2. Grind the tomatoes until crushed. Then add all the remaining ingredients simultaneously, grind briefly.
