After-sales service

1. Warranty Period: After the equipment is successfully signed and accepted, the whole machine is guaranteed for one year.

2. Warranty Service: If there is a quality problem with the equipment parts during the warranty period, our well-trained service engineers will provide timely and reliable services via telephone, online video or on-site at any time. Due to any damage or damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, we are responsible for free replacement parts and services, except for conventional consumables (such as external operating fibers, optical lenses and cutting nozzles) and liability accidents caused by the customer's non-compliance with the operating regulations.

3. Feedback Time: During the warranty period, after we receive the customer's maintenance notice, we will follow up and reply within 2 hours; if the fault cannot be rectified by phone or online video, our technical service personnel will rush to the scene within 24 hours (not including Travel time).

4. After Warranty Service: We still provide extensive and preferential technical service support, including regular maintenance of the complete machines and spare parts supply; provide full maintenance services and equipment-related daily consultation and guidance, equipment improvement and maintenance technical information at any time.

5. Spare Parts Service: Our company has sufficient spare parts and can provide our customers with technical and spare parts services in time to meet the needs of equipment operation and maintenance.
