It mainly exists only as a consumer product, but a fountain drink version are available in select countries. Fanta Exotic is available in these countries: Albania, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland (it was discontinued in 2004, but it came back in 2012), France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel .
